Hi, I just purchased a new G814P laptop. My use for it is as a digital audio workstation, or DAW. (It has the ideal processor, RAM size, drive size, and screen size for my application). My question is probably not typical for this forum. Since I am using the laptop for audio work and not gaming, I'd like to know if there are system or BIOS tweaks to maximize battery usage. I don't need the video processing power of the RTX5050, so would like to know what I could do to minimize it's power draw. I've built PCs for years, am in the IT biz, so comfortable with BIOS tweaks if needed. Can anyone point me to guidelines for reducing power on this laptop (I've already made the settings in Windows)?
