G18 Strix warped chassis and Lid is starting to catch

Hi, this is my first time on the ROG forum and hell I must be stepping into the Asus landmines of quality problems. I have a 14 month old G16 Strix Scar with RTX4080 that fried the i9 13980hx CPU due to the crappy BIOS, that is another story, so I bought a G18 Stix 3 months ago and today the lid is catching on opening and I see the chassis is warped/raised at the center almost, as if something is swelling or the heat from the cooling system is warping the chassis? 

Is anyone seeing the same issue?

Can't say that I've noticed it, G16 14900HX / RTX 4060.

What are you using the laptop for, Gaming or other CPU intensive tasks?

Gaming and programming however this G18 is almost brand new and has not seen any heavy work yet.

Hoping someone else has the G18 and would be able to comment if they seeing this "warping".
