My laptop rog strix g15 g513ic hn073w, hangs a lot, it sometimes freezes where i can still talk on discord through voice calls, but i cannot click anything on the display anymore, it as a full hang where i can't move the mous cursor, and sometimes it turns into black screen, yet not shutting down, I still have plentiful storage disks, the defailt still have 300gb+ remaining out of 512gb , and the ssd still have around 800gb remaining space, I have 16 gb ram, I am only doing menial tasks, I was even on battery saving mode, but it still happens, i tried the diagnostics at myAsus app, under system not responding there's nothing wrong, the same case for others, olunder the blue screen diagnostics, it have 2 suggestions, I already did the other, but when I look again to see the other suggestion it freezes again, I retried yet the loading was so slow the laptop freezes again
