Fix random LightingService crashes

To fix random LightingService (related to AURA and RGB led on GL703GS and other models) crashes on reboot you may find under "Reliablity Monitor", just run from an admin prompt this command:

sc config LightingService start= delayed-auto

It will change the service execution from Auto after every reboot to Auto (delayed). This fixes random crashes on very fast loading ASUS laptops.
