so i got mine (Rog Strix G15 2022 - G513RM) laptop fan randomly running at high speed even at silent mode.
i'd tried to reach for asus customer service (with no avail), they said try to clean the dust but i checked and there was no dust blocking the fan exhausts/vents. the fan speed reading is faulty too, it only shows rpm speed on gpu section. when i try checkup the fan with myasus, it ran both but told me that i got a fan issues. does anyone have a clue?
*the temp running below 50 C
*happened after 325 BIOS update
*i already mention all the above conditions to asus customer service
