Factory reset (GL700-series) with Recovery partition & eSupport sw, F9 not working

Hello,

I have been googling around for the following: how to perform a system reset to the state the laptop came (i.e. when it is booted up it starts the windows config and after that all asus apps etc. are already installed)?

F9 recovery does not work, and the BIOS does not allow adding a boot option for the 800 meg recovery partition

there seems to be 500 megs worth of stuff on the recovery partition.

Performing an ordinary Windows reset does not save the ASUS apps.

ASUS support pages are very vague and conflicting on this. Asus backtracker is not for windows 10, and ASUS themselves recommend the Reset option which of course removes all installed software.

Does anyone know how to do a reset to the factory image with original sw?

i have exactly the same problem...it seems ive got 800mb recovery but i cant access it...have you guys find any solution? or where can i find Asus Backtracker for win10
