Late 2023, and the Elden ring is still not optimized. Frequent stutters occur during play, on any graphics settings, I tried to change vsync on/off/fast with borderless window and fullscreen screen sizes, shader cache unlimited, and also tried cap max-frame rate to 59 FPS.
My settings at that moment:
Nvidia control panel ( program settings ) :
Vsync: off
System:
Microsoft Device Association Root Enumerator: disabled
My specs ( Asus ROG Strix G16 ) :
i7 13650HX
GeForce RTX 4060
16Gb RAM
The last option I know and I haven't tried to play without EAC ( offline mode ), because I want to track my Steam playtime and sometimes use online mod, but every time I start the game I set the priority for EAC to Low.
