Don't find EZ Flash Utility in my G18

I did download the Bios file, extracted it and stored it to a UBS stick (FAT32).
Restarted the system and entered BIOS.
Pressing F7 (Advanced) doesn't provide a tool (EZ Flash) to update the BIOS.

Current BIOS is version 321

Any idea how to proceed further?
