Dilemma about Asus G18 SSD brand and storage.

Hey guys.I need help.....Can the asus rog strix g16 and g18 handle 12tb of pcie 4.0 ssd? Can I mix different brands or must it be the same brand? And is 12TB ssd too much? I just want it to last years to come.........

you must be rich to have a 12tb nvme ssd. im shure it can handle it, unless it is longer than the normal ones. i put 2 Samsung 980 pros in day 1, to replace the way small one it comes with. maxed out the ram to 64 gb also. 5200 mhz is the fastest for 64gb.

Nahh I was only wondering.....it is too expensive for me.........But glad to know the asus rog g18 can handle 12TB of storage or maybe even more

The only certainty I can give you, is that my rog strix laptop can mange 2 different ssds from 2 different brands. But I have 2 tb in total.
