Desperate for Help: ASUS ROG Strix G713PV Shutting Down Randomly and Blue Screens

Hi ASUS ROG Community,

I am in urgent need of help with my ASUS ROG Strix G713PV. I’ve been using this laptop for almost 6 months, and it has been an absolute nightmare. The laptop frequently shuts down out of nowhere, and I am constantly faced with blue screen messages from Windows 11 that force me to restart.

Here’s a summary of the issues I’m facing:

  • Frequent random shutdowns: The laptop powers off without any warning or apparent reason.
  • Blue screens of death (BSOD): VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR error message that lead to forced restarts.
  • Impact on my work: I’m disconnecting from important meetings, unable to use autosave features properly, and it’s severely impacting my job performance. I am at the brink of losing my job due to these issues.

Steps I’ve taken to resolve the issues:

  • Updated the BIOS to the latest version.
  • Ensured Windows 11 is up to date.
  • Updated NVIDIA drivers to the latest version.
  • Scoured the internet and forums for solutions, but nothing has worked.

I am desperate and willing to do whatever it takes to fix this problem. I can share whatever stats, data, informations you need. This situation feels like a nightmare, and I cannot continue like this.

Please, if anyone has any advice, solutions, or can point me in the direction of someone who can help, I would greatly appreciate it. I’m begging for assistance as my livelihood is on the line.

Thank you in advance for your help and understanding.

if  you know what your doing check motherboard itself,

Opening your laptop will not void warranty in the North America
