Hello everyone!
So... I've been using my ASUS G16 G614JI for about 4 months now... very satisfied with its performance, by the way... but now I've encountered a "dead pixel"... I'm not sure how to properly categorize its issue... it seems like the green sub-pixel is stuck/dead, as it lights up on blue and red backgrounds... (video of the pixel and my reaction xd).
... well... what to do in this situation? I mean... they told me that if there are 3 pixels, I can activate my warranty... but I don't know, guys... even if it's in a part of the screen that goes unnoticed while gaming, it's still a bit disheartening that this kind of problem arises just months after acquiring a high-end product... 😕
