Damn 3d emitter not working......

hello everyone
i just bought a G53sx.3d display, core i7 -2670, 16gb ram,gtx560 2 gb.
so the first thing i wanted to test was 3d vision and guess what ,its not working!!!!!!its because of emitter not turning on!
i searched this forum upside down ,and tried every thing....
asus latest driver,nvidia latest driver,nvidia 270 ,nvidia 296, nvidia 301..........
i also reinstalled my windows and installed default drivers ....no luck.
yes im sure my laptop is 3d ready......and refresh rate is on 120.
and yes for installing drivers i used driver sweeper+cc cleaner+safe mode.
guys is this emitter in device manager??
when in 3d wizard i choose wired glasses(i know this is the wrong choice)it says 3d vision controller driver is not installed.
then when i seprately install the controller driver,it says cant detect the driver service.
any help will be.......awesome???or cool????or whatever.....

Which exact version of the G53SX did you buy? Some are listed as 3D-ready, which means that they can drive 3D on an external panel, while 3D-capable laptops can run 3D on the internal panel as well. My G53SX is 3D-ready, and runs 3D on the external panel.

Have you tried an external monitor? Just asking.

The latest nVidia 3D controller driver from ASUS is broken. I had this argument with one of their tech-support, because the .ZIP file is missing 30% of its contents, making it unreadable. Get the older one of the two. That, or install the latest drivers from nVidia, because from 30X and beyond, the 3D driver is integrated into the driver package.

thanks for answering.mine is G53sx-IX280V...
It has the 3d emitter and 3d labeling near the webcam and 3d sticks all over it. and it came with 3d vision glases. as i said i tried nvidia 310 and 301drivers....
is there any quality control at asus?

Thanks, I figured that you had a real 3D model. Thanks for the suggestion, @dstrakele! Unfortunately, since I don't have a 3D model, I can't help you there.

Deadfazel , the built-in IR emitter acts like a plug-and-play device, so it can't be
located in the Device Manager. Having said that, did you try the initial 3D Mode setup
I enumerated on the post linked by dstrakele above? Did it make any difference?..

His link isn't just for 3D glasses, it's also the same test whether the built-in IR emitter
is working or not. And it's only through the nVidia Control Panel can 3D Mode be initialized..

Perchance you don't see the Stereoscopic 3D setup in your nVidia Control Panel,
cross-check by looking them (nVidia 3D Vision Controller Driver and 3D Vision Driver)
in Windows Control Panel > Programs and Features. If you don't see them where they
should be, suggest you do a clean install of the GPU drivers again..

Most nVidia drivers versions have included those 3D drivers. So just make sure that you
include them whenever you install a particular driver version. Best of luck.

But, my G75V notebook only works on 3D with an 3D vision external USB dongle (nvidia settings instantly recognises a 3d vision display). But the thing is to use the integrated ir emitter. 3D vision drivers doesn't detect it.

Are you absolutely sure that yours is the 3D version? Not all G75 are 3D.
