Customizable Keys Not working - G814JV

It has been almost two months now since my Customizable keys completely stopped working on my laptop. I can't remember the last time they worked so it might be even longer time. I have  zero idea what the Asus Devs do with these updates but they are making things worse performance wise and keyboard wise which likes to completely turn off on its own which is unacceptable especially during hardcore gaming!

Furthermore, those customizable keys sometimes work, sometimes don't work, recently they don't work at all. No matter how many updates you do and no matter how many times you reinstall those updates. Windows have zero updates on the Asus system and it seems my laptop just updated but this issue still persists for 2+ months, maybe even more and it seems like Asus has given up completely on the series or if they do decide to do something about it they make it worse! I have absolutely zero idea what kind of newb is working on those fixes, but they need Senior Dev and Bug Crusher, pronto!

My next gaming laptop will definitely not be Asus! Too bad, since I've been loyal consumer of the mark for almost 15 years straight now... really disappointed by how low they've sank and dropped the ball. Allowing such critical bugs and updates running wild without any testing or consideration for older generation laptops. Its simply unacceptable and as Production company, Asus should know way better. You need more experienced devs obviously and you definitely need solid, experienced testers before releasing any updates simply because you break the system quite often with your updates.

I have a strix 18 , customizable keys working last week and probably after the update of driver in armoury crate or v3 driver they stopped working. Their support was not really nothing more than searching on internet. I tried to uninstall and reinstall armoury crate and keyboard, etc without any luck.

Just found solution in other post ---  remove peripherals, switch off, keep power button pressed for 40 seconds and after restart buttons worked. After 4 days of playing around this keys back on 🙂
