Can the ROG Strix SCAR 18 G834JY (2023) take more than 64GB RAM?

I’ve noticed there are kits such as this which seem to meet the technical specs of the laptop:

other than they’d take it above the 64GB limit - has anyone tried these?

Whats the point in using 96GB of ram on a laptop?

My question was mostly curiosity to be honest, but I am interested in some drone photogrammetry workloads which need a lot of RAM (even 96GB isn’t enough for some of these) and otherwise need processing in the cloud - which is a problem away from a decent internet connection.
