I have a 2023 G18 ROG STRIX, and I recently bought a CORSAIR EX400U USB4 drive to install an OS and boot from it. However, I realized that CORSAIR had firmware issues and that it could cause problems. I used the CORSAIR tool to update the firmware and installed Windows on CORSAIR with the Hasleo WINToUSB app, but I can't boot from the Thunderbolt port at all. I can boot from the USB 2.2 port, and once the computer is on, I have access to the Thunderbolt drive through the USB4 port, but the BIOS does not recognize the USB4 port at startup! I have tried it on another PC and the CORSAIR drive is recognized, which means that the problem is with the ROG STRIX. Can anyone help me, please?
