I bought a new laptop and CPU-Z is reporting 5600 speed ram(Samsung) and ARMOURY crate is stating its at 5200mhz

the speed is higher than what the specs say comes with the laptop.(4800mhz)

Any idea why my new laptop came  with higher speed ram?
