Hi everyone,
I was using my Bluetooth headphones on my ASUS ROG Strix G713PV, and they were working fine. Suddenly, my headphones disconnected on their own. When I tried to reconnect them, I noticed that the Bluetooth option had completely disappeared from Windows — there’s no Bluetooth icon in the taskbar or settings anymore.
When I checked Device Manager, it shows the following error:
Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)
A request for the USB device descriptor failed.
I’ve already tried restarting my laptop and running Windows Troubleshooter, but the problem persists.
Has anyone else faced this issue or found a fix? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
