I'm trying bluetooth headphones for the 1st time on this Win10 notebook. The headphones have been working fine on my phone. Today , when I tried them on this laptop there was a lot of noise when I moved even a few feet away. Earlier I noticed the sound was out of sync with videos. Any suggestions on where I might start to look for a solution? Thanks
