Hello, I have Asus Rog Strix G713PV laptop and recently got the notification about the 24H2 Win 11 Pro update.
However, the update kept failing with the error: “We couldn’t update system reserved partition”.
I installed a third party partitioning software to try to extend the partition. But instead I found out that the partition had two .BIN files in the root directory and they were obviously BIOS updates because they included the laptop model in the file name. Each was 32Mb in size so they took 64Mb of the total 100Mb partition size. That caused a problem with the free space and Windows update was failing all the time. I guess BIOS update procedure failed to cleanup the .BIN files after the process was completed.... I deleted the two files and the problem went away.
Hope that post is useful. Of course you should be very careful when you do anything with that partition....

Hi, I have always had problems with win11 sleep, most of the time laptop does not even go to sleep mode. I just don't even try to use sleep anymore.
About freezes a long time ago I removed Asus armory crate and started using G-Helper instead. I only use the external GPU (changed BIOS setting). That and maybe BIOS updates fixed the freezes upon startup.
