Before I buy a Strix scar 18 need advise

Hey so I have written before but I want to definitely make sure i’m not about to make a silly mistake

I’m interested in the strix scar series and the 2025 models are very close to coming out.

Do I either buy a 4090 Scar 18 now or wait for the 2025 5090s to release? If so how long will it be until they actually come out for purchase in the UK.

(Sidenote don’t worry about budget or price it’s not a concern. i just want to know if its better i wait and how long will I have to wait for the 2025s to actually be available for purchase.)

5090 GPU is better and if i am on your place and think to buy new laptop i even will buy a laptop whit 5090 and AMD cpu for sure i will NOT buy a Intel cpu

It isn't even a question. You wait. ignoring everything else, having 8gb of extra vram alone makes this a no-brainer. There's no reason to buy the 4090 version now, since games are becoming more vram hungry.

And there's no release date yet, but they might come out some time in april or march based on preorders being opened soon as far as I've read. Either way, it's worth waiting even if it comes out later.
