battery issue

hi friends,
i went for a vacation for 4 months and didnt take my laptop with me, and nobody used when i was out.
so i returned yesterday, turned on the laptop but it turned off after 30 minutes of use.
so i started to repair on battery, and i noticed that no got 100% anymore, sutcks at 77%.
tried to drain the battery life, but the laptop turns off without drain the battery.
so anyone has or had this problem, can u guys help me.

Sounds like your battery pack is toast.*
Did you leave it I’m a charged state?
Did it see any freezing temps?*

yeah i think i leave with full battery.. not sure
no the temperatures its ok. just this battery dischargin quickly and not getting full charge

I’m asking because lithium batteries don’t like being stored with low or no charge and extreme temperatures, particularly freezing will kill it.*
