please I need help when ever I on or reboot my laptop it comes up with a black screen and the RGB light will be on the fan are spinning And it make that sound it usually makes when the laptop on please what can I do I have tried many things like hold the power button for 13, 20,40 seconds, cold booing the laptop but it will take time for it to work
