I'm devastated by this laptop. First laptop, it had dead pixels on the screen and was replaced. Now, today, while playing a game, the new one's screen started getting very hot. Two dark spots have appeared, and the screen is still hot. Should I immediately submit an RMA request to Asus, or should I contact the laptop seller first?

I submitted an RMA request to ASUS for my G835LX-U9642W laptop. I'm very disappointed. I've been using flagship Asus laptops for years and have never had any issues. This is the second time in a month I've sent a faulty unit for repair (the first one had dead pixels). It's incomprehensible to me—a high-end laptop, and yet something like this happens...
