I bought my laptop, model - G533QR-HF122TS(G533Q) in June 2021. It was all grand until now, but this year I am facing a lot of issues with it.
Firstly, in May 2024, motherboard got damaged, had to pay lot of money to get that replaced. Now this month, the display has stopped working.
As a alternate solution I bought a monitor, but the problem is when I try to boot up the laptop, I don't hear the asus logo sound, neither the laptop is opening the windows (since I can't see the display on the new monitor). I am trying to connect the monitor with hdmi cable.
Can anyone please help with any solutions?
I feel there might be a bios issue, but since the bios screen doesn't load up instantly on the monitor connected via hdmi during the boot menu I am uncertain if that's the issue or not.
I am tired of issues with the laptop, so any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
