Im CG artist. Working in Cinema 4D and rendering CGI via RedShift. I have ASUS ROG strix scar 18 G835LX with 5090.
Everything is up to date. Almost 2 weeks I'm struggling. I'm trying to find working drivers to my 5090m. The problem is that when I try to render in Redshift, the video driver crashes. The screen goes gray. After two minutes, everything flickers and returns to the desktop with all applications closed. I've checked everything possible. I've checked all the updates for everything possible. I haven't done any clock overclocking. All settings are set to use the discrete GPU. I've tested all possible older driver versions through DDU. No luck. Even studio drivers!! I just cant work because of driver crashing! Under heavy load during rendering, the driver crashes. The event log keeps showing the same error: Event ID 153 nvlddmkm.

Hi there, the problem here is that 5090M is still brand new, and not much work made and driver maturity assessments made on Windows side.
Reduce the GPU power limit by ~10–15%. using Armoury create This can prevent TDR crashes.
In Windows registry (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\GraphicsDrivers), set TdrDelay to 10 or higher
Also, to really confirm we have GPU issues, try CPU rendering instead of GPU, I don't know how you ca configure it on Redshift.
And last but not least check ASUS BIOS/firmware updates.

Thanx! I will try to reduce power limit. Btw, right now, im setup a Optimus settings in NvidApp, and in armoury crate set to Standart. Now im working already 2 days, and no crashing driver.
