Currently both PL1 and PL2 max values are 175 Watts. However, I just restored to a backup I made once I was done installing all the software I feel is necessary on my computer. Before I restored, I'm positive the highest I could set PL1 to in AC was 140 Watts while PL2 could be set to 175 Watts. I'm curious what values other owners of this model see in Armory Crate.
I use G-helper which is much better than Armory Crate (which caused problems and crashing system), and in G-helper I have 175W for both, but your CPU probably won't reach that because it has Maximum Turbo Power 157W.
