ASUS ROG Strix G713RW Keyboard lagging

Hello everyone!
I have a problem with my laptop. When the computer is on for a longer time, keyboard starts to lag and stutter. It takes 1-2 seconds for it to start working, and after about 10 secs of not using it problem happens again. When problem happens while gaming it also stutters sound and picture. Only restarting solves the problem, but after longer time of computer working it reappears.
Ways of solving the problem which I tried:
- Uninstalling keyboard drivers
- Turning of the touchpad in BIOS (doesn't have such option)
- Updating drivers
- Resetting Windows
- Uninstalling antivirus
Can somebody help me how to fix this problem, it's really frustrating.

AMD Ryzen 7 6800H
Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070Ti+ATI Radeon Graphics
16GB RAM
SSD 1TB
Windows 11 Home

I Did as the  's instruction, but the problem i faced is, every 5 minutes to 10 minutes of laptop usage, my keyboard's input suddenly delayed like 3-5 seconds and then it starts rapidly inputted every keyword that i click. Laptop : ROG STRIX G513QC
I Did everything such as :
- Update Keyboard driver
- Update Windows
- Reinstall/Uninstall/Update each drivers to the latest version
The problem occurs both on external and built in laptop keyboard.

And i have a question about the Human Interface, i got 3 USB Input Device, which one should i turn off the power management ? 1. 0005.0000.0003.002.000.000.000.000.000
2. Port_#0003.Hub_#0001
3. 0005.0000.0003.002.000.000.000.000.000

Try this one Open Command Prompt:  use the command  dir/s and restart your computer.

If i disable the #2, how about the 1 & 3 ? Should i leave them checked or uncheck ?
