Asus ROG Strix g513QY_G513QY shuts down suddenly

Hi, I'm having issues with my laptop when playing games like The First Descendant or Once Human. The funny part about this is, when I play call of duty nothing happens I can play for long hours but, when it comes to this games the laptop shuts off. It's like someone disconnects the battery; I'll share my specs, but I checked the drivers and software, and everything is updated, so I do not know what's happening.

Specs:

AMD Ryzen 9 5980HX with Radeon Graphics 3.30 GHz Win11 home version 23H2

AMD Radeon RX6800M

32.0 GB (31.4 GB usable)

Well, I read a lot about these games and compared the graphics in detail to see if I was having a problem with them. However, regarding this game, the TURBO mode requires a lot of voltage (I'm trying to emphasize that), and my AC charges were not giving the right amount of volts. So, for however have this problem I want to let you know that, change the AC Adapter first and try anygames, if that does not fix you problem then check software and, hardware.

I fixed my laptop just by changing the AC adapter!!! Thanks for your time and response, Explode!!

Check in the internet what are the temperature's limits in this CPU and GPU

You can also use HWinfo64

For some reason MSI did not detect COD but the other one does.

I just disabled the AMD Radeon RX 6800M and used the integrated graphic card, and the game started, but as soon as I enabled the 6800, the PC shut down. Also, if I run the game with the 6800M, the PC shuts down immediately, so...I think I'm getting closer to the problem, iI don't know
