I have a ROG Strix G513QM laptop purchased in 2022. Suddenly it freezes and cannot be used. All buttons pressed do not cause any reaction on the laptop.
I have tried to replace memory, replace ssd, and replace thermal paste. But the result is the same. From several articles that I have read on this forum, the problem is in AMD and the solution is to disable FTPM, but I did not find it in the bios menu.
Has anyone successfully resolved this issue?
Can you share tips on what kind of solution?
I have gone to the asus service center but the solution offered is only to replace the motherboard whose price does not make sense. While changing the motherboard in my opinion does not necessarily solve this problem. Because it does not rule out the possibility that the same problem will reoccur in the future.
