ASUS ROG Strix G513 CPU temperature

Laptop: Asus rog strix g513

CPU: Ryzen 7 mobile 4800h

Purchased 2 years ago, during this time I monitored the temperature, and during gaming I saw “peaks” of CPU temperature rise to 102-103C. I saw it using the HWMonitor program. What do “temperature rise peaks” mean? For example, during a game the temperature stays in the range of 85-95C, but sometimes there are temperature spikes for a few seconds, and the program records a rise to 103C.

Late last year, temperatures began to rise higher during such peaks, up to 106C. I read on the Internet that the maximum temperature for this processor is 105C. In my case, throttling did not happened. Twice a year I cleaned the coolers of dust, but this did not help reduce the temperature. I decided to change the thermal paste, but as it turned out, liquid metal was applied at the factory, I removed it, applied thermal paste, and temperature dropped to 102C during these peak rises.

Yesterday, 2 months after replacing the thermal paste, a temperature of 107.2C was recorded

I'm worried about whether these temperature spikes will harm my laptop, and I have a few questions:

1. Has anyone encountered such temperature spikes on the same laptop? Are they safe? Can the processor burn out from such a load?

2. Perhaps something is configured incorrectly in my Armory Crate program, I attach screenshot

3. What do you recommend to do in my situation?

Asus Tuf A15 Fa-507-nv user here, that laptop comes with Ryzen 7-7735HS and Rtx 4060. I had exactly same issue with cpu, during gaming it was heating up to plus 80c. All I have done were that, I run all the games on turbo mode and limit their fps to 60-65, also I decrease cpu power limit from 100% to 90% and all of that reduced cpu temperature significantly, I hope this will be helpful for you.

So open it again remove the thermal paste and put liquid metal ..... The problem is not software is hardware also you can send it to some laptop repair service and tell them to apply a liquid metal and test your laptop before you broke it

I read earlier that you had problems with P cores on your processor, and that some cores had much higher temperatures than others.
How did you deal with this ?

Whеre you read this i dont remember to write something about a core temperature difference 

The problem that i haved was e problem whit throttlestop when i apply CPU frequency of 4.9 or 5 ghz on the Pcores 3 of them stuck at 4.7 and i wasn't able to make them work more than 4.7 ghz even after reinstall throttlestop try older version but after few updates of some drivers i try throttlestop again and the problem was fixed 

Now i use intel XTU its better for me

There are two adjacent P cores on my CPU, one of which has a temperature of 80°C under heavy load, for example, and the other 97°C.
The other P cores oscillate around 94-95°C at the same time.
So it seems that the behavior of only one core, which does not reach high temperatures, is particularly strange.

I get answer from Asus support, they don't see problem here.

Now i notice where can be your problem .... Just look your temperature in armory crate and your fan speeds this fan speen for this temperature is unacceptable and is very very low for example on my strix G16 on this temperature the fans work on 4500-5000 RPM you must make a custom profile and neflver use anymore Performance or Turbo mode if you wont to improve your temperature 

I will send you how to make custom profile and later i will send you better setup and graphics how to abjust your fan profiles for best and optimal performance
