hey what's up. My laptop is Asus rog G18 2023. i bought it almost 1 year. i have big problem help me. when i use it without charger it is no problom but when i use if i plug charger it is freezing and no control anymore. And if i turn off my laptop then plug it it is black screen and battery orange light is blinking. Help me please. In japan hasn't got any asus local service.
My bios is already 328
And i am using original adapter
