Asus ROG Strix G17 G713RW 2022 random restarts and blue screens on battery

Hi,

I have this very annoying issue with my laptop and hope to find out if anyone has a solution to my problem.

My laptop restarts all the time on battery (it can't last even 10 minutes to be powered on) sometimes it's a HYPERVISOR_ERROR blue screen and sometimes it's just a cold restart. Windows Event Viewer shows Kernel error 41. It also restarts when plugged in but only in Windows safe mode. I also think this is a hardware issue because it restarts in Linux too and also while trying to install any OS with a USB (it took me just 30 minutes to get Windows running because it was constantly restarting the installation media). I'm also on the newest version of my bios.

I have at this point tried absolutely everything including:

Every single driver from the Asus site for the laptop.

New RAM - and I'm not even kidding when I say this this laptop managed to kill both of its original 2x8 GB RAM sticks but also one of the new ones I bought (they are 2x16 GB RAM). It had completely fried them, they were hot as hell when I pulled them out.

A battery swap with a new official from Asus battery.

Warranty - which Asus rejected because they said my MOBO had water damage so I went to 4 different repair shops. They all said that what the guys from Asus told me was a complete bullcrap and there was no sign of damage to the MOBO, Asus only said that because I had only a week of my warranty left and they didn't want to bother giving me a new MOBO.

I've also tried a software called G-helper which is a great alternative to Armoury Crate (basically does the exact same thing but without the bloatware from Asus).

Please anyone who sees this post I need your help this laptop was very expensive and a new MOBO costs 1500 dollars, and at this point, I'll just have to buy a new laptop and this time I'll probably go for something that is not Asus because after doing some research on how to fix my issue I have concluded that I am not alone and everyone seems to have issues with Asus and their laptops and software.

I have exactly the same problem. the services do not know what the problem is. they suggest changing the motherboard. There are people who have had their motherboard replaced by an official service.
