I just bought the computer, I installed it normally. I installed the ARMORY create application, I installed the myasus application, I did all the windows updates, it did the bios update itself, g164jv 313 installed the latest version. M1 m2 m3 m4 m5 keys still do not work. I looked from the ARMORY application, the shortcuts sound on/off, turbo mode, microphone off, but the keys don't work. I thought that the problem was caused by Windows, I formatted it twice with myasus Re, I did a new installation, still I could not work these keys, can you help me to connect to the computer online and solve the problem. I bought another one from this computer before, I drank it the same way, it did the bios update and so on. The m keys were working without any problems. But this PC also does not work.

Hello, i have some times similar problem on g733py, but button were working and suddenly stopped responding.
Found a solution in comment on reddit - just shutdown laptop for night.
I hope it could help in your case.
If not it looks like case for refund or send it ti service center.
Its very strange but it helped me two or three times.
