Hi am hoping someone can shed some light on my laptop as have tried everything I can find on the internet - unplugging everything and holding down the power button for 40-60 seconds then plugging power in. Have had intermittant success the keyboard always lights up and I have been able to get into bios a couple of times and into Windows. It doesnt seem to like being restarted after an update. Armory Crate crashes. Asus software says it needs a bios update which I have done several times but on rebooting it falls over and turns off. The new bios may well fix my issue but did find doing a shutdown I was able to restart no problem. Dont htink its a windows problem as I dont usually get anything on the screen.
