Yesterday night I was using my laptop as usual with the RGB lights turrend off later when I turn off my laptop and came back and turned it on the backlights didn't glow and I tried to increase the brightness but still even with full brightness lights won't turn on , any help ?
hello, ive been facing the exact same issue for the past 4 days. Even the caps lock button light is not working. This exact saem issue occured to me 1 month back as well but it got ifxed on its own in like 2 hours. Does anybody have a fix for this ?
