Asus ROG strix g15 battery

So ive had some battery issues and it wouldn't charge anymore. Now i have replaced the battery and it doesnt charge i have no idea what it could be or how i can solve this problem.

Also i have checked some parts all is cold only the heatsink gets sligthly warmer but nothing more.

Im very confused and id love some help
