I recently upgraded from an ASUS TUF Gaming FX705DY to the ASUS ROG STRIX 2024 and on day one I did not really have any issues with mic quality using the Corsair CA-9011180-NA Virtuoso Wireless gaming headset that I have had since 2021. However the computer had me do a quite a few updates on day 2 or 3 of having this thing and ever since the mic quality has been horrendous with all my friends asking if I got a new mic. It is very quiet and muffled. I went through and tried to update all drivers, messed with the sound settings as much as I could but I could not figure it out. I have restarted, reset things and done anything I can think of in terms of researching a solution and general tips. I even went as far as purchasing a new set of headphones but the issue was even worse on them. Where should I go with this? I am not very tech savvy and am always worried that I will mess things up.
