I have tried everything.
Clearing caches, verifying files, disabling overlays, clean installs, redirecting API, updating MS visual C++ drivers, Driver updates, rolling graphics driver back to previous version, total system reset, clean install of steam, clean install of RS and EA apps only to have the same result. Game will not load. Hits load screen and CPU/GPU never actually engage. Seems like a handshake or rendering issue but I am not computer literate enough to solve this problem at this stage which is frustrating. This is a brand new machine. There is no reason I should not be able to pull it out of the box, download necessary apps and play. Anyone have these issues? Can anyone help? I bought this for gaming and at this point, it's a very expensive coaster.
