ASUS ROG GL753VD - Keyboard problem

Hi,
the computer is brand new (win10 pro).
On win login screen I got every time automatically entered black dots and have to press Esc to enter win psw.
After login, I can't get key 'ć' in any program but in many 'enterable items/programs (Notepad, URL bar, win search etc.) I get automatically a bunch of these keys 'ććććććććććććććććććććććććććć' till I press Esc or Backspace.
What to do - do you have any idea?

Sounds like you might have some sticky keys? you could try to reinstall the ATK package from your eSupport folder or look for an updated version Asus Support Downloads

Well, then it's looking like a hardware keyboard issue and will require an RMA. What I would do before RMA would be to do a reset back to original condition as shipped from factory Check your User Manual on how this is done. This is what the Service center will do and if your notebook works again they'll send it back to you.
This is assuming that everything was working when you first got your notebook?

I just re-read your original post this is brand new notebook you should return it to the store for a replacement you should be still in the return period I wouldn't hesitate don't let that time period pass by?

Thanks a lot - I had this problem from the very beginning but since this problem was the secondary one - I also had a problem with continuous shutting down. That problem I have solved with google advice to downgrade Intel Management Engine Interface to 9.5.24.1790 and during that time I had periods in which this Keyboard problem didn't appear. The key was working normaly. That's why I was thinking this problem could be caused by some software...but it seems that I should go to the service center in case nothing new apper as an idea
