Asus ROG GL553VE laptop keyboard is not working in BIOS and windows

The keyboard only works for the power key in both BIOS and Windows 10, and is unresponsive for other functions. The system is running BIOS version 307 and Windows 10 64-bit.

Can anyone assist with resolving this issue?
