Hello everyone, my laptop is about 3 months old, and I’m having issues with the processor. It doesn’t provide stable performance, and when I compare it to other laptops with the same model, they score 26K in CPU MARK R23, while mine only gets between 18-20K. The scores remain the same whether the fans are running at 6000 RPM (Ultra mode) or 4000 RPM. What could be the problem? I remember getting a score of 25K when I first bought it, with the processor pulling 75W during the CPU MARK R23 test. Now it doesn’t go above 55W, and temperatures are constantly at 95°C. What can I do?
