ASUS ROG G16 (G614JU) keep shutting down when playing games

My laptop is using i7-13650HX and RTX 4050 6GB, RAM 16 GB. My laptop constantly shutting down everytime I play games such as Zenless Zone Zero and Once Human. Laptop keep shutting down at same state of the game, same level and same place. I already tried to updated the BIOS to the latest version 329 and tested with the ASUS-verified NVIDIA Graphic Driver Version V31.0.15.4624 and Intel Graphic Driver Version V31.0.101.4502 but still nothing happen. I tried to run the games using Ultimate mode and Turbo fan but it keeps shutting down. I also did every kind of troubleshoot using microsoft emergency tools and MyAsus diagnose to check if there's some errors in my software or hardware but everything seems fine. Should i get a RMA? or maybe theres something I can do to work this out?

Yo, did you plugged in your laptop while you were playing? if so, did the battery level goes down?

I did plug my laptop while playing and the battery stays at 80 something because I turned on the 80% capped in MyAsus

Oh, and maybe this information is needed, all this shutting down is happening after I brought my laptop to authorized Asus service center in my city for fixing my dead keyboard, and my keyboard is fixed but after that I download ZZZ and I play for some hours then it shuts down and I can’t turn it on, its like the keyboard lighting is on and the indicator under screen is also blinking like its going to turn on, but the screen is black, and then its shutting down again so I brought it again to the service center and my laptop able to turn on. Then some days after, I try to play ZZZ again and my laptop shutting down at the exact state, place, and level of the game. For the Once Human, it’s shutting down, but I still can turn it on normally after the shut down. The shut down that I mean it’s not a shut down that we used to see when we intentionally shutting down our PC/Laptop and we still can see the dots and shut down text, but it’s like sudden turned off as the electricity in my laptop cut off the power.

try check your temperature. if your temp is fine, then it should be a hardware issue from your authorized service provider. in my country, authorized service is a "partner" shop, where it has been authorized for fixing asus products. most of them repair other than asus products so in my personal experience, i've encountered 1 authorized service center that "skipped the important repair and QC" so if that is the case, maybe you need to go to other service center. and  i never use performance or turbo mode while gaming, i always use manual mode for gaming and fine tuning the fan slider to your need. from what i've experience to asus products, you case could be an hardware issue. authorized service center provide after repair warranty (7 days or longer) so try to go there again. if the problem still persist, then try to go to different authorized service center. my manual CPU power and temp settingsGPU settingssystem fan setting
