Asus gl502vmk battery issue, says it has 95% charge, but keeps shutting down...

Hi guys,
i own an asus gl502vmk laptop for one and a half year. always used it plugged on electricity when gaming.
but i took it to college only a few times and always use the battery with no problem..
today i had to take it to college, but when i turn on , it doesnt boot up, when i got the password screen the laptop shut down...
the windows and laptop drivers are updated, the battery when connected to electricity says that has 95% of charge, but it keeps shutting down..
anyone with the same problem? can someone help me ?

I guess the first place to start would be to check your Windows power options for battery:



Hopefully not but your battery may actually be bad.

Hi man, i tried to change and set the default mode on energy settings but none of them worked,
so i read something about disable the FAST BOOT on BIOS setup. so i did and think that worked for me...
'm using on energy untill gets charged and than i use the battery to test, no reboots so far but its not the same battery that came with when i bought it, its kinda messy
i let u guys know
