Asus G75vw-t1028d help

This is from someone who PM'ed me - probably can't start a thread or something:
Hello!Thank you for reading my private message.I will but the asus Asus G75vw-t1028d and I
need help from the ROG Staff.I want to know what kind of RAM does the model G75vw-t1028d
has because this one has 12 gb of Ram and i want to upgrade it to 16 and I want to now what
RAM does the laptop use?

P.S:Can it run BF3 at maximum graphics?It has the GTX 670M 3GB DDR5.

You need 1600 MHz memory. To run in dual-channel mode, buy a 2x8 GB 1600 MHz module and replace the bank of memory with only one slot occupied. Dual-channel mode speeds up the system dramatically.

BF3 max graphics - I wouldn't know since I don't game 😄

But the laptop has 4 RAM slots.And the one that I am going to buy has 12 gb and one slot is free.If I buy a 4 GB memory ,will it matter what brand is?Or all four of the must be the same?And yes the are 1600 mhz DDR3
