Asus g731 gpu increases to 100% and frame rate drops for 4-5 seconds

Hello yesterday after bsod ive got gpu usage to 100% and some frame drops for 4-5 seconds and its still repeats in some time normally gpu usage is 70-80% but for unknown reason it increases and it causes frame drops
