Asus G614JIR - no UEFI BIOS update?!

So I just got this and wanted to update the bios first. In the Bios there is no option like EZ Flash to update the bios.

On the site, I downloaded the latest bios and it is in the form of an exe file!

Does this mean that you can flash update the bios only inside the Windows?!

If you have not checked the support page again, there is a different download for the EZ flash bios, so you just need to go back to the download page and download the EZ flash bios instead.
