I wanted to know if there is any problem using it at a slight angle on a ventilated base and if the liquid metal dries out quickly? (because it's something I don't want to use for a few years)
I'm thinking about getting him to play/work/study
What's leaving me in doubt is this liquid metal, I'm going to use it slightly raised on a ventilated base and I'm afraid of this liquid metal leaking (I know the pieces have protection) but I'm still worried.
Or even dry out in a short time and have to change the liquid metal

It won't leak, and it won't dry, you'll be fine. Ventilated bases are kind of bs though, you'll likely not see much of a difference, maybe 1-2 degrees if the liquid metal is applied properly. Having slightly elevated does more than the fans.

The liquid metal will NOT spill out. Also, the CPU and GPU have protection, so you will not have a problem. However, be 100% sure that liquid metal and thermal paste will dry after 6 months, or a little bit more, maybe 8 months. So, after this time, change it.
Another good thing is to buy a good cooler. One of the best coolers is the IETS GT500, and another is the IETS GT600.
