I did recently reset my asus rog stix g15 laptop with model number : g513qe
everything was fine until i downloaded the Armoury Crate.... the lights on keyboard went off even tho the device recognize the keyboard and the aura sync is working fine becuase aura wallpaper is changing whenver i use a hot key like fn+f2 or f3 or f4
I tried to download the ATK pakage and update the drivers and download them again and did a soft reset and then a full reset using a flash but NOTHING HAPPENS ... what should i do please ?
if there is an alternative software to control the lights plz let me know untill this issue is fixid
another extra issue is that dolby access is asking for subscription , i though it was free right?
