After the latest BIOS update keyboard stops working randomly (G18 2023)

Model number: G814JI (G18 2023 - RTX 4070 variant)

After the latest BIOS update:

My keyboard now stops working randomly. It's sometimes when I'm gaming, sometimes when I'm working, and it does not recover. Once it recovered by itself, once I needed to put the laptop in sleep and then wake it up, and when it just happened some minutes ago nothing worked so I had to reboot.
Everything in MyAsus and armoury crate is up to date.

Windows Event Viewer has nothing about this, no warnings in device manager.

I lost time when working, lost matches in CS2 as well because of this issue. I'd be really happy to know about its solution.

So I don't know what stopped it but as far as I can see it no longer happens. It could be an update, but not sure which. Is the issue gone for everyone?

Have the same issue with my rog strix g18. I usually work with external keyboard so not sure when it started happening. I just took my laptop outside my office and suddenly after fresh boot my keyboard stopped working completely - i.e even backlight was off, could not login etc. Restarts, device manager reinstallations etc - nothing helped. I went to asus official site (using on screen win keyboard) and installed the keyboard hotfix. After restart it seemed fine. It was 2 days ago and since then, I got this random keyboard failure (described by OP) already twice. In both cases restart helped.
