Hi all
I have had this laptop for a few months now and when I play a demanding game like Doom The Dark Ages or Dune Awakening the audio glitches every now and again. When I use headphones like my Arctis 7P+ the sound will get progressively worse the longer I play, almost like interference or digital breakup. Headset works fine on another machine.
Bios is up to date, all drivers are up to date. Any sound processing is turned off like spatial audio and atmos for headphones.
Someone suggested running Latency Mon and run my game, soon as the game starts I get the red warning as pictured.
Is this a hardware issue of some sorts, anyone shed some light ?
Thanks

I got a fix off reddit that worked in my case for the bad audio on my headset.
Go to device manager, USB controllers, and turn off "allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" on all of the devices that had this option and my sound was fixed right away.

Sorry to hear it. Which issue are you experiencing? Bad headphones audio or in game audio issues from the system speakers? Or both.

Hi friend have you tried thw latest bios updates ? Although the usb thing i mentioned above fixed the headphones issue is still had occasional game audio jamming up.
Bios update fixed this for me. Maybe related and worth a try

This is the latency on my laptop and to get latency like this you must do a lot of things and optimizations .... https://youtu.be/hPl1Wbmfu9o
